I recently decided to give Amazon’s Echo Show 15 and its Alexa+ AI assistant a try in my kitchen. I wanted to see if this smart display could make my life easier and more convenient. Unfortunately, after a month of using it, I have to say that things have not gone well.

The first problem I encountered was with the setup process. I had to download the Alexa app, create an account, and then connect my Echo Show 15 to my Wi-Fi network. This process was more complicated than I expected, and I had to restart my router several times to get it to work.

One of the main reasons I bought the Echo Show 15 was to integrate it with my smart home devices. I have a few smart light bulbs, a thermostat, and a security camera that I wanted to control using Alexa. However, this turned out to be a painful experience. The Alexa app would often fail to recognize my devices, and I had to reset them multiple times to get them to work.
