Experienced Whitewater Rafter, Aaron Benjamin, Died in the Grand Canyon

Aaron Benjamin, 30, was an experienced whitewater rafter who lost his life in the Grand Canyon while solo-captaining a raft in Hance Rapid, a formidable whitewater section of the Colorado River.

Hance Rapid is known for its powerful and unpredictable currents, making it a challenging section for even the most experienced rafters.

According to reports, Benjamin was navigating the rapid alone when he encountered difficulties, resulting in his tragic demise.
